Here at Southside our number one goal is to encourage teens to Fall head over heels in love with Jesus Christ! We believe the Bible is the spoken wrought iron word of God, and we treat it as so. We would welcome any teen to join us in our purpose in reaching the world for the gospel of Jesus Christ. |

This is our Youth Ministry's way of keeping each other accountable to God and the Bible. Each student and adult is required to sign this covenant and have it witnessed by a youth leader before attending any overnight activity that leaves our church campus.
Liability Release/Parental Consent Form
This document is required to be filled out in full for participation in any trip sponsored by Southside Baptist Church, and is good for the calendar year it is submitted.
